1:1 Intimacy Coaching for Men

This work is for men who are ready to slow down, build real skill, and become more confident lovers from the inside out.

I work with a small number of men at a time in a deeply personal, embodied coaching container. This is not talk therapy, performance coaching, or a quick fix. It’s practical, body-based learning that changes how you show up in intimacy and relationships.

I intentionally keep my 1:1 practice small. I work best when I can be fully present.

What Makes This Coaching Different

I am a VITA Certified Sex, Love & Relationship Coach, trained through Layla Martin’s VITA™ program.

This is an 850-hour certification with a strong emphasis on embodied coaching, not just conversation.

That means:

  • We work with awareness, sensation, breath, nervous system regulation, and attention
  • You learn skills you can feel, not just concepts you understand
  • Insight comes through experience, not analysis

Many men come to me having already read books, listened to podcasts, or tried to “figure it out.” This work begins where thinking ends.

Common Reasons Men Seek This Work

Men I work with are often successful in other areas of life and quietly frustrated in intimacy.

  • Difficulty staying present during intimacy
  • Feeling pressure to perform rather than relax and enjoy
  • Early ejaculation or difficulty regulating arousal
  • A partner who has lost interest in sex and doesn’t feel met
  • Wanting to be more attuned, confident, and responsive as a lover
  • Knowing there’s more possible, but not knowing how to get there

For men struggling with early ejaculation in particular, this often becomes mindfulness-based coaching. Learning to track sensation, slow down arousal, and stay connected to your body is far more effective than trying to control or force change.

Nothing here is about “fixing” you. It’s about learning skills you were never taught.

How the 1:1 Coaching Works

Investment

$750 per month

Structure:

  • Three 1-hour private coaching sessions per month
  • One dedicated week for integration and practice
  • Minimum 3-month commitment

After the first three months, you decide whether to continue in another 3-month agreement. Many clients work with me for a year or more.

If at any point you feel this is not the right fit, I will release you from your contract. No pressure. No awkwardness.

  • Are willing to practice between sessions
  • Value discretion and depth
  • Are ready to slow down rather than rush results

This Work Is Not a Fit If…

This coaching may not be the right fit if:

  • You’re looking for a quick fix, hack, or guaranteed outcome
  • You want someone to tell you exactly what to do without practicing
  • You’re hoping to change your partner without changing how you show up
  • You prefer staying in your head rather than in your body
  • You’re not willing to slow down

This work rewards patience, curiosity, and honesty.

That said, there will be a small group coaching program option in the Fall of 2026 and you can get on the waiting list to be the first to hear all about this program. Group work offers structure, accountability, and shared learning at a lower cost.

Small Group Coaching:

  • $297 per month x 6 months (24 sessions)
  • 6-month program, weekly same time, same day of the week, recorded Zoom calls for watching and reviewing if you miss a live call
  • Minimum of 10 - maximum of 18 men per cohort

A Final Note

I mention 1:1 coaching occasionally on the podcast, but I am not trying to fill my calendar. I work with approximately six private clients at a time so I can stay present, focused, and grounded in the work.
